Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most parts. Items must be in the same condition you received them, uninstalled, and free of additional damage. Keep your order number and original packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@thirdcoastspowersports.com or call (405) 246-9331 with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
3. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked. We recommend a tracked, insured method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns. It is waived for items that arrived defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Defective or Wrong Part

If a part is defective on arrival or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping and send the correct part or a full refund — your choice. See our Warranty Information for coverage details.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical parts (ECUs, stators, CDIs, gauges, wiring) — final sale unless dead on arrival.
• Items installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Special-order or clearance items marked "final sale".
