Tax Exemption

If you are a dealer, farm, government body, or other tax-exempt organization, you can purchase from Third Coast Powersports without sales tax once we have a valid exemption certificate on file.

How to submit your certificate

• Complete the exemption/resale certificate for your state.
• Email a copy to info@thirdcoastspowersports.com with the subject "Tax Exemption", or call (405) 246-9331.
• Once approved, your account will be flagged as exempt and tax will not be charged on qualifying orders.
