We sell used and professionally rebuilt powersports parts. Inventory is one-of-a-kind and quantities are limited; listings may sell out or be removed at any time. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order for an item that is no longer available.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after an order confirmation.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm a part fits their machine before purchasing and installing. Model, year, and part-number references are provided to assist but are not a guarantee of fitment. Contact us if you need help verifying compatibility.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Submitting an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we ship. We may refuse or limit orders that appear fraudulent.
Purchases are covered by our Returns Policy and Warranty Information, which form part of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Coast Powersports is not liable for installation costs, labor, downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of parts purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Third Coast Powersports operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
